Our solar trackers on poles
Solar panels mounted on poles with two-axis tracking systems
The PVmover® 32 on a pole, with its 4x4 modules and approximately 32 m² of surface area, is the ideal solution for meeting the solar mandate introduced in many German states for new, large parking lots. It is also a good solution for high-profile solar installations with a high-tech image and for large-scale agri-PV projects.
Because the PVmover mast, with a clearance height of 4,5 m, generally requires a permit, and because heavy equipment is needed for its foundation and installation, it is more suitable for large-scale projects , such as parking lots for businesses or public institutions, than for individual private installations in gardens. For private customers, the smaller solar tracker versions the PVmover Tripod 8, 18, or 24 are better suited.
Compared to carports, the PVmover on a pole offers the following advantages:
- 50% more electricity yield thanks to dual-axis tracking compared to the flat modules of a carport
- Easy positioning even with irregular parking lot layouts and trees in the parking lot
- A light and elegant solution instead of dark, musty areas under the carport that turn into rain-proof party zones at night
- Foundation work can be completed quickly without the need for large concrete blocks, which consume a significant amount of so-called “gray energy”
- The PVmover is generally more affordable than carport systems
Solar power, right when you need it!
Due to changes in the law, electricity fed into the grid during periods of negative electricity prices is no longer compensated. This is particularly the case around noon, when the many PV systems facing south feed large amounts of electricity into the grid. In contrast, demand for electricity is higher in the morning and evening. It is precisely during these periods of high demand that the PVmover generates significantly more electricity than conventional PV systems.

This Is How Beautiful Solar Power Looks
The PVmover Mast solar trackers can be combined with an electric charging infrastructure—either directly on the mast or next to it. At night, the PVm Mast can illuminate the parking lot, either with streetlights mounted on the mast or with LED strips around the module table. The LED strips can glow in the colors specified by the customer, such as their company colors.
PVmover Mast for Agri-PV

Agri-PV promises dual use of land for both energy generation and agricultural production. That is why it is rightly supported through both a simplified permitting process and higher feed-in tariffs. With a clearance height of 4.5 m, 6 m, or more, PVmover systems can also be installed on agricultural land where either fruit trees or tall harvesters require significant headroom.
